BEDROOMS

Our rooms have been carefully restored and presented. Most have ancient beams and period features. All our bedrooms are large, en-suite and very well appointed including extremely comfortable feature beds, ironing and pressing centres, digital television and radio, beverage making facilities, alarm clock, hair dryers, free broadband internet wi-fi connection, etc.

Our guests have twenty-four hour access to the house and to their rooms.

For a leisurly break or a comfortable business visit, Rossendale House is a great choice.

Cancellation Policy - During the booking process, we will ask for credit or debit card details to guarantee the reservation; we will not take payment from your card unless you don't turn up (having failed to give the required notice) or leave without paying. After your stay you may pay by card or cash, to suit you. If you need to cancel your reservation, please give us at least forty-eight hours notice (before three p.m. on the day of arrival) to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the room rate(s) for the full booking. Cancellation terms can vary from booking to booking; please check your confirmation email for the terms that apply to your reservation.
No-Smoking on the premises (including gardens and car park) is a condition of sale. Guests who have been using a room where there is evidence of smoking may be required to leave immediately and may incur a room cleaning charge of up to £150 and a charge, if necessary, for the cost of finding the next guest alternative smoke-free accomodation.
Credit/Debit Card Transactions - processing without a PIN number, such as customer-not-present processing, will incur an additional charge of £1.00 to cover the card company charge for a less secure transaction.
