Our en-suite double and twin rooms are each unique and extremely comfortable. Room rates include an amazing breakfast and we are delighted to offer vegetarian and special diet options.

There are secure private car parking facilities for all guest vehicles and also covered overnight storage for cycles, fishing tackle, etc. The house has a spacious secluded garden for you to enjoy.

Our rooms have been carefully restored and presented. Most have ancient beams and period features. All our bedrooms are large, en-suite and very well appointed including extremely comfortable feature beds, ironing and pressing centres, digital television and radio, beverage making facilities, alarm clock, hair dryers, free broadband internet wi-fi connection, etc.

Our guests have twenty-four hour access to the house and to their rooms.

For a leisurly break or a comfortable business visit, Rossendale House is a great choice.

Cancellation Policy - During the booking process, we will ask for credit or debit card details to guarantee the reservation; we will not take payment from your card. After your stay you may pay by card, cash or cheque, to suit you. If you need to cancel your reservation, please give us at least twenty-four hours notice (before three p.m. on the day of arrival) to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the first day's room rate(s).
No-Smoking on the premises is a condition of sale. Guests who have been using a room where there is evidence of smoking will be required to leave immediately and may incur a room cleaning charge of up to £150 and a charge, if necessary, for the cost of finding the next guest alternative smoke-free accomodation.
Credit/Debit Card Transactions - processing without a PIN number, such as customer-not-present processing, will incur an additional charge of £1.00 to cover the card company charge for a non-secure transaction.
